A visit to Hare Hill Woodland Garden, cared for by the National Trust UK, By David Keegan Garden Design

Hare Hill woodland gardens, National Trust UK,  Macclesfiled Cheshire UK

Sweet little woodland garden and walled gardens, the opposite to Little Moretion Hall as there is a garden to visit but alas no house. I saw lots and lots of butterflies and bees swarm and feed among buddleia flowers. But it is a charming place with cool meandering woodland paths and ponds full of pea green duck weed that gives it a slightly eerie feel. Also full on wildlife. Simple yet tranquil and beautiful. The walled garden would be a lovey spot for a picnic.
